• Contracts: Signed agreements supersede any conflicting terms in these general Terms
• Invoices: Payment terms, due dates, and late fees as specified on each invoice

7. Payments and Billing

• Invoices are due by the date specified on the invoice
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your contract
• All payments are processed securely through Paystack
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code4genius Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
