The product

Security decisions grounded in source evidence.

GeniusGuard supports development teams with AI-assisted application security reviews. Connect repositories through a GitHub App installation, define the source revision and scope, and investigate how inputs move across security boundaries.

Candidate findings are challenged through independent checks before final reporting. Source traces, verification limits and coverage gaps remain visible, giving teams context for prioritising remediation and reassessing changed code.

What it does

Product capabilities.

01

GitHub repository integration

Select repositories available to your GitHub App installation, including authorised private repositories, and tie reviews to an immutable source revision.

02

Scoped review controls

Choose a commit, paths, focus areas and review profile, with spending limits defined before the review.

03

Attack-surface mapping

Follow inputs, trust boundaries and controls. Coverage-led investigation distinguishes demonstrated boundary failures from general hardening suggestions.

04

Independent verification

Challenge candidate findings and verify final records against source evidence. Confirmed findings, blocked hypotheses and rejected claims remain distinct.

05

Quick, Standard and Deep profiles

Select a bounded partial pass or a more detailed workflow with additional verification and coverage checks. Each profile retains the same evidence standard.

06

Visible coverage gaps

Keep deferred work, budget exhaustion, failed model calls and missing validation infrastructure visible rather than treating them as a clean security result.

07

Remediation and rechecks

Keep evidence, suggested remediation and assignments together, then request a new assessment of changed source.

08

Revision-linked review history

Retain the source revision, scope, evidence and verification limits associated with historical conclusions.

Where it fits.

  • Developers reviewing application source
  • Software teams prioritising and tracking fixes
  • Agencies reviewing authorised client repositories

How it works

How to get started.

01

Connect and define scope

Choose an authorised GitHub repository, pin the commit, and set review paths, focus areas, profile and spending limits.

02

Map and investigate

Map trust boundaries and investigate candidate issues against a structured coverage record.

03

Challenge and verify

Apply independent checks to candidates and final records, retaining evidence and exact validation blockers.

04

Report and remediate

Review confirmed findings and remaining gaps, assign fixes and reassess updated source.

What you need to know.

  • GitHub is the initial supported repository provider. Reviews require access to repositories available to your GitHub App installation.
  • AI-assisted reviews support a security programme; they do not guarantee secure code, replace every penetration test or provide compliance certification.
  • The Quick profile is a bounded partial review. Review scope, profile, budgets and validation limits affect coverage and must be considered with the results.
  • Executing repository-controlled code requires a separately configured isolation service with the required safeguards. Missing controls block execution; source review alone does not imply runtime validation.
